Hey you guys,
Today I am here to talk about a rather sad topic as it is one that I have been very much so exposed lately, and it has touched a close family friend, and someone i considered as my older sister in a way that she had the same age of my older sister, and we grow up in the same neighborhood our houses facing one another.
The subject is on murder. taking someone's life away. the person you have promised to love and cheris before men and Gods. the person that has abandonned her father house to follow you for love's sake. someone that has sacrificed their health and body to give you kids. To take care of you and a house hold day in day out. Your wife.
I am talking about those cowards who kill their wife for what reason? so far i have heard of 3 cases one who shot his wife after an argument, another one who strangled his wife from a possible argument, and my beloved older sister Mariam (may she forever rest in peace) with stabbing of a knife.
Yes, October 12, that day last year when mariam husband killed her with several knife stab in front of her baby boy. She was pregnant of twins, when she laid in a bath of blood.
Drugs, jealousy, what is the excuse of taking someone life's away? To God we belong, and to him we shall return, but domestic violence is one thing i do not urge any woman to deal with from its first sign in a relationship. Do not be scared of being point out as the woman that could not maintain her family, or whatever. Say no to any violence, and if your partner cannot love you for who you are, the population of the world is 7+ billion people, get out there and find one who will love you, than tarnish your life.
I have sooooooooooooo much to say but I am tired and free writing because it is hard to get my thoughts together on this one as there is NO WAY, NO WAY, NO WAY to describe, or tell in anyway possible how i feel about the situation.
May God Bless Us Always, and Keep Us Safe.
Aameen

How To Remedy Bad Blood Circulation In 20
Minutes
At one point of time we have all suffered of this phenomenon. If you
have poor blood circulation and have high blood pressure, there are some great
physical activities that can take it all away. However, it is important to note
that Hypertension is often a hereditary disease. When a parent is diagnosed
with hypertension, the risk of developing the disease doubles among your children.
According to the American Heart Association regular physical activity, maintain
a healthy weight, manage stress, avoid tobacco smoke, comply with medication
prescriptions, limited alcohol consumption can help to control and prevent high
blood pressure.
Here are few examples to achieve those exercises in 15-20 minutes, to
prevent hypertension and improve your blood circulation.
1. Stretching
Stretching is the first thing in the morning before you get out of bed.
Simply stretch the arms and legs gently, but avoid stretching an injured muscle
or stiffed one.
Stretching helps prevent high blood pressure by optimizing the
bloodstream. In addition, it helps promote joint lubrication and improve
breathing.
2. Walking on your heels
Standing, lift your toes and walk on your heels. Make sure all your muscles
are contracted. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times. Note that walking on
your heels helps stretch and strengthen the muscles of the calves and the
extensor feet.
3. Neck stretching
This exercise will help to improve blood circulation and prevent hypertension.
Turn maximum head to the right and to the left, to relax the muscles of your
neck. Allow 10 seconds on each side
To finish, make a circular motion with your head and try to touch your
chest with your chin. Do not worry if you hear crackling sounds , this
indicates that you perform the exercises correctly and you stretch the
ligaments of the neck successfully.

Natural Hair Care
Hey Guys, today I'm going to break down to you how i take personal care of my natural hair on wash days.
The three items you will need to start the detangling
process are:
_ A wide tooth comb (or make you fingers useful, which I prefer)
_A bottle of water spray to make the hair easier to manage.
_And a good conditioner, I use Garnier brands because they
or soft, smell good and paraben free.
Moving forward you need not to forget to part you hair is
section as it makes the detangling less painful. I usually do for sections, and
braid two of the section, mange away the third section with a rubber band, then
I let the fourth section free as I will directly mange to finger detangle spray
water on it and apply the conditioner.
My deep conditioning is always mixed with biological oils;
minimum three oil as I like to be moderate otherwise it is up to you to add as
many good oil as you own. My must oils to have at all-time are
-Coconut oil= which I get from Trader Joe’s (I’ll post a
picture for you)
- Virgin Olive Oil= mostly the easiest oil to find anywhere
-and organic Shea butter (I mean the realllll one, mine
comes from the motherland Africa of course, it’s 100% pure and scent free, I lovvve
it)
Sometimes I add honey, or extra oils such as Carrot oil,
Jojoba oil,
Black castor oil, almond oil, sesame oil, avocado oil, or peppermint. These are
wonderful, almost magically oil that plays a major role in helping to grow
strong and healthy natural oil. I got to admit that I have become a huge fan of
natural, unprocessed product since I’ve started my hair journey whether it
comes to eating, and products I use on my body care regiments. For that reason,
Aroma Zone is my number destination to stock my product arsenal. They sell
quality and 100% biological everything our beautiful nature can provide. I will
certainly do an article on why it is important go natural on all aspects of one’s
life.
Back to my hair wash. I apply and massage thoroughly my
mixed conditioner all over my hair, and seal it with a plastic hair+ a scarf
for maximum heat; in that way the hair absorb well the products for a soft
silky result.
I hope you guys will give this technique a try, and remember
to water and nourish your hair every day, as you do with you body.
XoXo

Ignorance is Bliss, but Knowledge Matters
When people are unaware of some facts, it is usually tolerable to let it slide when their act was a mistake of ignorance. Those mistakes can sometimes be little, or grave, but often offensive when it comes to race. I remember to be strike in shock by the diversity that exist in the United States when I first came here. It was amazing for Hispanics, Africans, Caucasian, and Asians to leave peaceful all in the same community, but maybe I should not have been so much in shock because this is why it is called the land of opportunities.
However who says diversity, must speak of advantages, and disadvantages too. I have come to also be aware of the real problem of segregation between minority and majority groups. A middle class, and upper class differentiation of classes. The fact that one race fits in more than another one, depending if you are Caucasian or Black, or if you are part of the minority group, but is lucky enough and to live among people of your kind; then there are chances of fitting in, and solidarity among those that identifies as the same as you.
In the same light, I have come to realize that there are other categories that individual can be placed in in the United States. It could be one that defines a person as a U.S citizen, a permanent resident, a business visa holder, a diplomate, a student, which I am, or an illegal immigrant, some of the last two categories referred to sometimes as alien. Really? From which space?? As time goes by I came to realize how this so called melting pot comes with a rainbow of serious divergence. The direction I’m leading to is the level of negligence American could be when it comes to ethnicity, cultural, and geography differences. It might not be a big deal, but it is offensive for some people if everyone decides to throw them all in one category.
It is fair to denounce this act as a lack of education, close mindedness, but until I had to experience a similar shock, it has never crossed my mind that such small classification was a serious hasty generalization. The matter I’m addressing is the fact that in the U.S (we may all be guilty of this at one point) people tend to refer to all Central or South American as Hispanics, or Latino.
Latino and Hispanic are not interchangeable. Latino is a term that is telling you about geography, whereas Hispanic is a term that is telling you about Language. Latino means those people that descend front Latin America including the Caribbean. Hispanic means a group of country or people whose primary language is Spanish.
Central America has countries such as Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador just to name the most popular, and South America is compose of countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, just to name a few. It is important to note that some of these countries do not even speak Spanish; some of them speak Portuguese, or other dialect. This is offensive of many people that identify as a specific group instead of referring to them as Spanish. “I feel like knocking the sense right into people with a fist punch when they assume that I’m Spanish, or call me plain Hey Amigo.” Confessed Felix Garcia, my former classmate.
Terry Blas, a writer/cartoonist wrote numbers of series about the confusion people make by referring to all tanned skin, fair hair texture individuals as Spanish or Latino, or Hispanic, while among Spanish speaker there is a variety of dialects. His writings depict perfectly how to correct people, and recognize how easily people can fall into this hasty generalization.
Blas says that “The views expressed in this comic are mine and come from an American perspective. While I'm Latino and Hispanic, I'm American as well and my experiences in respect to my ancestry and culture have been seen through that lens."
One of the main reason why I find the offensive, and is careful to not fall in the same ignorance act is when people would assume that Africa is a country too. This statement, which is a complete shock for me to know that some American do believe that African, who belong to the second biggest continent of the world with 54 countries in totals, and an estimated 1500-2000 languages according to Nations Online, all speak the same language. http://www.nationsonline.org/oneworld/african_languages.htm. Consequently, ignorance might be bliss, but in a world of globalization, and full of information, it is precious that people gets their facts right by informing themselves, and stop certain madness such as fixing a salad full of ingredients of ignorance.
